These terms apply when you download and use JazzIn: Block Puzzle (“the app”), provided by SoloCodeLab (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on your own devices for private, non-commercial entertainment. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use cheats, modified versions, bots or other automated means to play, to gain advantages or to interfere with the app, its leaderboards or its servers.

2. Ads and purchases

The app is free to download and shows ads between games (served by Google AdMob). You can remove ads with the one-time “Remove ads” purchase, which is processed by Google Play and applies to devices using the same Google account. Payments, receipts and refunds are handled under Google Play's terms and refund policy; we do not see your payment details.

3. Invitations and Premium weeks

Inviting a friend can give you and your friend a week without ads (“Premium”). These are promotional benefits: they have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and follow the rules shown in the app (for example, limits on how many can be earned). We may refuse or withdraw benefits obtained through abuse, such as self-invitations, fake installs or modified apps.

4. Leaderboards, duels and sharing

Scores, duel codes and invite links you share are sent by the apps you choose, such as messaging apps. Share them only with people you want to share them with. We may remove scores that result from cheating.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running well, but it is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or work on every device. We may update, change or discontinue features, including online features such as invitations and leaderboards, at any time. Updates may be needed to keep using the app.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, and our total liability for the app is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Naudojimo sąlygos

Šios sąlygos taikomos, kai atsisiunčiate ir naudojate JazzIn: Block Puzzle (toliau – programėlė), kurią teikia SoloCodeLab („mes“). Įdiegdami ar naudodami programėlę sutinkate su šiomis sąlygomis. Jei nesutinkate, programėlės nenaudokite.

1. Licencija

Suteikiame jums asmeninę, neišskirtinę, neperduodamą ir atšaukiamą licenciją įdiegti ir naudoti programėlę savo įrenginiuose asmeniniam, nekomerciniam pasilinksminimui. Negalima programėlės kopijuoti, keisti, atkurti jos kodo ar perparduoti, taip pat naudoti sukčiavimo priemonių, pakeistų versijų, robotų ar kitų automatinių būdų žaisti, įgyti pranašumo ar trukdyti programėlės, jos lyderių lentelių ar serverių veiklai.

2. Reklamos ir pirkiniai

Programėlę atsisiųsti nemokama, tarp partijų rodomos reklamos („Google AdMob“). Reklamas galite pašalinti vienkartiniu pirkiniu „Pašalinti reklamas“, kurį apdoroja „Google Play“, ir jis galioja įrenginiuose su ta pačia „Google“ paskyra. Mokėjimai, kvitai ir grąžinimai tvarkomi pagal „Google Play“ sąlygas ir grąžinimo politiką; jūsų mokėjimo duomenų mes nematome.

3. Kvietimai ir „Premium“ savaitės

Pakvietus draugą, jūs ir jūsų draugas galite gauti savaitę be reklamų („Premium“). Tai reklaminės naudos: jos neturi piniginės vertės, jų negalima parduoti ar perduoti, o taikomos programėlėje rodomos taisyklės (pavyzdžiui, kiek jų galima uždirbti). Galime atsisakyti suteikti ar atšaukti naudą, gautą piktnaudžiaujant, pavyzdžiui, kviečiant save, netikrais įdiegimais ar pakeistomis programėlėmis.

4. Lyderių lentelės, dvikovos ir dalijimasis

Rezultatus, dvikovų kodus ir kvietimo nuorodas išsiunčia jūsų pasirinktos programos, pavyzdžiui, žinučių programėlės. Dalinkitės jais tik su tais, su kuriais norite. Rezultatus, gautus sukčiaujant, galime pašalinti.

5. Prieinamumas ir pakeitimai

Stengiamės, kad programėlė veiktų gerai, tačiau ji teikiama „tokia, kokia yra“, ir negalime garantuoti, kad ji visada bus prieinama, be klaidų ar veiks kiekviename įrenginyje. Funkcijas, įskaitant internetines (kvietimus, lyderių lenteles), galime bet kada atnaujinti, keisti ar nutraukti. Norint toliau naudotis programėle gali prireikti atnaujinimų.

6. Atsakomybė

Kiek leidžia įstatymai, neatsakome už netiesioginius ar pasekminius nuostolius, kilusius naudojant programėlę, o visa mūsų atsakomybė už programėlę apribota suma, kurią už ją sumokėjote. Šios sąlygos neriboja jūsų, kaip vartotojo, teisių pagal privalomus jūsų šalies įstatymus ar atsakomybės, kurios įstatymai riboti neleidžia.

7. Privatumas

Kaip programėlė tvarko duomenis, aprašyta Privatumo politikoje.

8. Sąlygų pakeitimai

Jei sąlygos keisis, nauja versija bus paskelbta šiame puslapyje su nauja galiojimo data. Toliau naudodamiesi programėle po pakeitimo sutinkate su atnaujintomis sąlygomis.
